Hotblack Desiato is a real estate agency in Islington whose name Douglas Adams famously borrowed for one of his most memorable characters: the **catatonic frontman** of the band *Disaster Area*, described in *The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy* as “the loudest rock band in the history of the galaxy.”
