On this page I explore a project to create a key timeline animation for the Hitchhikers Project. The aim is to crete an iconic identity or logo for the project, that functions as an interactive interface for Hitchhiker Time Travel.

This video shows how the Earth may have looked like in the distant past. The reconstruction of plate tectonics is based on Paleomagnetic Data, though may be inaccurate before 1,000 Ma. The temparature, atomospheric composition, and length of day are also given, though these are estimates.
