For the current Technical Plan to succeed, we need to establish a practice of writing regularly in wiki. This Journaling must start from the top down.
In addition to this regular practice, we need to establish a growing set of regular meetings which we can add people to in order to grow the movement. Below I outline the main meetings we currenlty organise each week, and suggest others we should consider adding:

- Vision Meet - weekly high level catch-up regarding all things Hitchhiker. Weds 1pm - currently Robbbie and David.
- Geek Meet - weekly tech meet regarding infrastructure we are designing for new Hitchhiker Platform. Currenlty David, Zach and Andreas.

- Academy Meet - weekly meet for those interested in envisioning an Intergenertional Pilot. Currenlty David. Robbie, Thomosn, Ward] and Kavita.
# Needed
- Hitchhiker Meet, a viral group (we need a better term for that) - engaged in spreading the work and recruiting new Guides.
- Improbable Meet - a group engaged in structuring the Improbable Lottery, developing the fund-raising and business plan, and implementing the technical and legal aspects of the lottery.
